Compassionate Therapy for Growth & Healing

Supporting adults, couples, and teens on a journey toward well-being and fulfillment.

Meet Keziyah

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering support for individuals, couples, and families navigating life’s stressors. With a background as a Navy Veteran, I bring a unique understanding to those in service and veterans as they process experiences related to their time in the military. I also specialize in helping adults aged 18 to 75 work through personal growth, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

As an African American woman and therapist dedicated to serving BIPOC communities, I am committed to creating an inclusive space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I integrate evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Client-Centered Therapy to address each person’s unique needs. Known for my empathic nature, I work to build strong rapport and tailor my methods to each client, whether they are processing trauma, strengthening relationships, or adjusting to family changes.

My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment for healing and growth. I am passionate about being a supportive presence, particularly for those who feel underrepresented, and look forward to walking alongside clients on their journey toward well-being and fulfillment.
